The Process.
Our sessions are 3 hours long and have coordinated our booking sessions based on this. We fire and glaze on site. Please be aware items take 4 to 5 weeks to be ready for collection. It could be longer during school holidays and due to load shedding. We will notify you once your items are ready
Please note: Our pottery is a handmade product and is very fragile in its bisque state. There may be cracks that are not visible when painting the item but become noticeable once the item is fired at a very high temperature. If the item gets too wet or too much paint is applied this may affect the outcome of the final product

Painted with us before?
Items are usually ready after 4 to 5 weeks. You will receive a notification from us when your items are ready for collection. Please expect it to be longer during peak holiday times and due to load shedding. Please collect within 3 months or your items will be donated to charity. If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks, please send a picture and your reference number to the Collections contact +27 66 168 7134 and one of our team members will get back to you.
